International shipping policy

International Delivery:

We are pleased to be able to offer international shipping options. However, please be aware that these services do not have any guaranteed delivery times. If you would like a better estimate of delivery times for certain countries then please do get in touch via email or social media and we will do what we can to help. Please note we are not responsible for any overseas taxes or customs charges that apply to our goods and do not include this in our pricing. Please refer to the policy regarding customs fees in your country for further information on any applicable charges. The Jewellery Stockroom cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged, missing or delayed post overseas. We use Royal Mail as our chosen courier and although the majority of overseas packages arrive on time, once Royal Mail handover parcels to the courier in the customer’s country we no longer have responsibility over the parcel’s delivery.

Important Notice: Suspension of Shipping to the United States

Please be advised that we have temporarily suspended all shipping and delivery services to the United States, effective immediately.

This decision follows the recent implementation of comprehensive reciprocal tariffs and the elimination of the de minimis tax threshold for international imports. These regulatory shifts have introduced significant duty costs and complex customs requirements that currently prevent us from ensuring a seamless and cost-effective delivery experience for our U.S. customers.

We are actively reviewing our logistics and trade compliance strategies to adapt to these new policies. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and hope to resume our U.S. operations as soon as trade conditions stabilise.
